Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition may not be eligible for a return.
